Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services provided by Southern Pawz Grooming. We operate a Southern Pines salon (259 Commerce Ave, Southern Pines, NC 28387), a Seven Lakes location (150 Grant St, West End, NC 27376), and a mobile grooming service across Moore County, NC.

Service Agreement

By booking an appointment with Southern Pawz Grooming, you agree to our policies regarding cancellations, no-shows, and pet behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a danger to our staff or itself.

Cancellations

We require advance notice for cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Health and Safety

All pets must be up to date on required vaccinations. You must inform us of any health issues, allergies, or behavioral quirks your pet may have before the grooming session begins.
